The present writ petition has been filed for the - 1 - W.P.(C) No.628 of 2026 2026:JHHC:2885 following reliefs :- “(a) for issuance of an appropriate writ or writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider and accept the majority view/ decision of the Re-Joint Inspection Team, given by Respondent No. 4 and Respondent No. 5 that there is no bunker coil installed at the project site of the Petitioner on 24.02.2025 or thereafter;. (b) In the alternative, for the issuance of an appropriate writ or writ in the nature of Mandamus directing that the authorized representative of Respondent No.2 along with Respondent No. 4 and Respondent No. 5 shall conduct a fresh re-joint inspection of the project site of the Petitioner in a time bound manner and to report the same to Respondent No.2. (c) for the issuance of an appropriate writ or writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to consider the subsidy claim of the Petitioner and to pass a reasoned order, after hearing the Petitioner, in a time bound manner and thereafter to release the admissible Capital Investment Subsidy in favour of the Petitioner.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to file fresh one incorporating the subsequent cause of action, which has been arisen during the pendency of the present writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has raised no objection. 4. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of. 5.
