This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Lakhaura P.S. Case No.218 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.39601 of 2025. 3. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the informant and his father with lathi, danda and knife, due to which they sustained serious injuries. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2024. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28368 of 2026(2) dt.07-05-2026 2/2 5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner and also the fact that the charge has been framed and the trial has already commenced, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
