Page No.# 2/2 This Writ Petition has been filed with a grievance that the notification dated 28.07.2025, which was issued as a clarification to the notification dated 19.02.2025 has been applied by the learned Arbitrators in a manner which would give a retrospective operation to the notification dated 19.02.2025. After some arguments, the learned counsel appearing for petitioner has sought for permission to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file afresh in the event appropriate cause of action arises. With the liberty granted, the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of on withdrawal. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
