On behalf of the added respondent i.e. Non-Convention and Renewable Energy Sources, it is submitted that appropriate directions be passed for consideration of the representation, In view of the above, WPA 28127 of 2025 stands disposed of by directing a competent and authorized representative of the added respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period 2 of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and after giving a right of hearing, if necessary, to the petitioner.
