This is an application for stay of the judgment and award dated 10.12.2024, passed by the learned Member, MACT No.3, K(M), Guwahati in MAC Case No.343/2019, till the disposal of the MAC Appeal. 3. It is submitted by Ms. R.D. Mozumdar, learned counsel for the applicant/appellant that the applicant/appellant is ready to deposit 50% of the awarded compensation subject to stay of the execution of the judgment and award. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant/appellant, the execution of judgment and award dated 10.12.2024, passed by the learned Member, MACT No.3, K(M), Guwahati in MAC Case No.343/2019 is stayed subject to payment of 50% of the awarded compensation before the Registry within 6 (six) weeks from the date of order. 5.
