Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following relief (s) :- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ/order, thereby setting-aside/quashing the impugned order dated 25.11.2025 (Annexure P-1) so far it relates to posting of petitioner at Swami Aatmanand Utkrisht Hindi Medium School, Gopalpur, District – Korba (C.G.) and further be please to direct the respondent authorities to adjust/post the petitioner as per the preference/choice given by the petitioner. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that grievance of petitioner is with regard to her posting after promotion on the ground that petitioner was erroneously not considered for promotion when her junior was promoted, therefore, she was deprived of with regard to choose the school near to the place of her residence, against which she has already filed representation, before respondent No.2, which is pending consideration, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the pending representation at the earliest within specified time framed. 3. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioner for taking decision on the pending representation submitted by petitioner, he is having no objection. 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for parties without commenting anything on merits of the claim of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to take decision on the representation submitted by petitioner on 25.11.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of order. 5.
