At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is identical to that of WPS/1360/2019 (Ishwari Charan Dewangan v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) and other connected matters which have been decided by this Court vide order dated 04/07/2025, therefore, similar order may be passed. 2. In WPS/1360/2019 (Ishwari Charan Dewangan v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) and other connected matters which have been decided vide order dated 04/07/2025, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has held in paragraph 3 as under :- “3. Since, the petitioners have not brought any rules/regulations before the Court to compare seniority/promotion from other District/Division to get their seniority/promotion from the teachers who were appointed subsequent to them, therefore, no merit is found in the instant petitions, hence all these petitions are liable to be dismissed and are hereby dismissed at this stage, leaving liberty to the petitioners that if they found 3 any legal ground on their favour then they may raise their grievances by filing fresh petition/s.” 3. In view of the aforesaid identical order, this writ petition is dismissed following the order passed by the Coordinate Bench this Court in WPS/1360/2019 (Ishwari Charan Dewangan v. State of Chhattisgarh & Others) and other connected matters. 4. A copy of order dated 04/07/2025 passed in WPS/1360/2019 (Ishwari Charan Dewangan v.
