Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. The present petition is filed with the following prayer:- "It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Judicial Officer of Village Court Jakhinia, Ghazipur to decide the Misc. Execution Case No. 28 of 2025 (Sanju Yadav Vs. Jitendra Yadav) arising out of order dated 28.05.2025 passed by Judicial Officer of Village Court Jakhinia District Court, (Sanju Yadav Vs. Jitendra Yadav and others) in Case No. 91 of 2021 Under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005 by which a single penny has not been given to the applicant, which is pending before him, in a stipulated period of time fixed by this Hon'ble Court, otherwise the petitioners shall suffer irreparable loss and injury. 1. Issue any other suitable order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. II. Award the cost of the petition in favour of the petitioner." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proceedings before the court concerned be directed to be concluded in a time bound manner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is wife. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Officer of Village Court Jakhinia, Ghazipur to decide Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Upendra Nath Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : Sanju Yadav .....Petitioner(s) Jitendra Yadav And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) the Misc. Execution Case No. 28 of 2025 (Sanju Yadav Vs. Jitendra Yadav) arising out of order dated 28.05.2025 passed by Judicial Officer of Village Court Jakhinia District Court, (Sanju Yadav Vs. Jitendra Yadav and others) in Case No. 91 of 2021 under Section 12 of Domestic Violence Act, 2005, expeditiously, within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
