The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bishnugarh P.S. Case No.133 of 2024 for the alleged offences registered under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 27 of Arms Act pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that on suspicion the informant has taken the name of six persons including the petitioner. He further submits that in identical situation one co-accused namely Tohid Ansari @ Ohid Ansari and two other accused persons have been granted regular 2026:JHHC:941 --2-- B.A. No. 11268 of 2025 bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. Nos.9033 of 2024 and 9392 of 2025 respectively. He then submits that the petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR. 5. Considering that in identical situation one co-accused namely Tohid Ansari @ Ohid Ansari and two other accused persons have been granted regular bail in the aforesaid B.As. and only on suspicion the name of the petitioner has been inserted in the FIR and the petitioner is in custody since 08.09.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Bishnugarh P.S.
