Divisional Manager, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Kullu (HP) and proceedings of the Departmental Promotion Committee, dated 08.04.2026, along with orders, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of aforesaid office order dated 09.04.2026, reveals that the petitioner has been granted two additional increments on completion of 20 years of service, in pursuance of the Notification dated 10.02.2015. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 3. Since the mandate contained in the judgment dated 06.01.2026, passed by this Court in CWP No.5563 of 2024, titled, Surinder Kumar vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation & Ors., has been complied with, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner, within eight weeks from today, in terms of the directions given by this Court in aforementioned judgment, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the execution petition. 4.
