Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has been posted at Revenue Circle Raghunathpur, Tahsil Lundra Distt. Sarguja (C.G.) vide order dated 29.09.2023 and by impugned order Annexure P-1 he has again been posted at Revenue Circle, Gagoli, Tahsil Lundra, Distt. Sarguja (C.G.). He submits that petitioner has been transferred within a short period and also during the proceedings of SIR, therefore, it be interdicted.

Learned counsel for State opposes the submission made by learned counsel for petitioner and submits that petitioner is not engage with any duty of SIR proceedings. She further submits that in both the orders present posting of petitioner was within the same Tehsil and therefore, there is no merit in the petition. She also submits that petitioner has not submitted any representation as provided under the Transfer Policy.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit a representation before the concerned authority and in turn, respondent authority be directed to take decision on the representation at the earliest.
5. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties.
6. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at

7. this stage, permitting the petitioner to submit a representation before the competent authority and if such a representation is submitted, said authority shall take decision on representation, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
8. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands
