The petitioner is similarly circumstanced, hence, for the reasons stated in the said order the writ petition is disposed of as follows : 2. On receipt of the said documents and the proposal, the respondent No.3 - Divisional Deputy Director of Education, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, is therefore directed to decide the proposal dated 02.04.2026 and include the name of the petitioner in the Shalarth Pranali and issue Shalarth ID within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in case there is no deficiency.
