The petitioners have been issued a notice under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 ('SARFAESI Act' for short), and they seek a writ to quash it. 3. We are afraid that we cannot grant that relief, as proceedings under the SARFAESI Act are ordained to take their own course. It is common ground between parties that measures under Section 13(4) SARFAESI Act have not yet been taken. The petitioners, therefore, may make a representation under Section 13 (3A) SARFAESI Act before the Authorised Officer, Reform ARC Limited, Powai, Mumbai, Maharashtra, which, if made within two weeks of date, shall be considered by the said Officer and decided on merits, in accordance with law. 4. This petition stands disposed of in terms of the orders aforesaid. 5. The Registrar (Compliance) is directed to communicate this order to the Authorised Officer, Reform ARC Limited, 2nd Floor, ICC Chamber- Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anshuman Singh, Ashok Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Ramesh Kumar Shukla M/s.
