Jiya Lal Bhardwaj, Judge (Oral) Learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication dated 16.06.2026 and copy of office order dated 11.06.2026, passed by the Deputy Conservator of Forests, Rajgarh Forest Division, Rajgarh, along with other documents, which are taken on record. 2. A perusal of the aforementioned office order dated 11.06.2026 reveals that the petitioner has been granted work-charge status w.e.f. 01.01.2003. 3. However, it is made clear that in case the arrears are not released in favour of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today, he shall be at liberty to file an application for revival of the present execution petition. 4.
