The grievance of the petitioner is that there is a passage of drain and sewage in front of his property. Therefore, he has given a representation dated 01.12.2025 to the respondents to take appropriate action for proper construction of drainage to drain the sewage water. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.M.Shajahan, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2; and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the third respondent. 4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents, if the aforesaid representation of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
