The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No.307 of 2025, for the offences registered u/s. 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 74, 303(2), 352, 118 (1) and 3 (5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that there are general and omnibus allegation of assault on the son of the informant and the family members and the scuffle took place as both these sides are neighbors. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the informant has received the grievous injury. 5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that there are direct allegation of assault on the son of the informant against the petitioner No.2, pursuant to which, the son of informant has received grievous injury, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.2. 2026:JHHC:2263 2 6. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner No.2 is hereby rejected. 7. So far as petitioner No.1 is concerned, she is 62 years old lady and that allegation is not against her, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner No.1 Rupa Ghosh @ Rupa Bewa. 8. Accordingly, petitioner No.1 Rupa Ghosh @ Rupa Bewa is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of her surrender / arrest, she shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajmahal, in connection with Radhanagar P.S. Case No.307 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. 9.
