Mr. Pakinrichapbo, learned counsel for the petitioner is present and Mr. V. Zhimomi, learned P.P is present and submitted the Progress Report in respect of the instant investigation pertaining to Sechu (Zubza) P.S Case No. 03/26 dated 19.08.2026. 2. As per the Progress Report, there is no undue delay in the Page No.# 2/3 investigation and the investigation is under progress. The material collected so far, including the statements of the persons concerned and the data extracted from the seized mobile phones is being examined and further investigation is being conducted in accordance with law. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the interim order dated 27.08.2026 may be regularized. 4. The learned P.P fairly submitted that the petitioner has been cooperating with the investigation and there is no specific complaint in the behavior and conduct of the petitioner. The learned P.P also submitted that they do not have serious objection to regularizing the interim Anticipatory Bail that was granted by this Court vide order dated 27.08.2026. 5. Upon perusal of the application, the submissions made by the parties and the admitted position that the petitioner has been cooperating with the Investigating Agency, this Court is prima facie satisfied to regularize the interim Anticipatory Bail, which was granted by this Court vide order dated 27.08.2026. 6. Accordingly, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail with a P.R bond of Rs. 30,000/- to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer. The pre-arrest bail conditions are as follows: Page No.# 3/3 (i) The petitioner shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer and make himself available to the Investigating Officer whenever required. (ii) The petitioner shall not tamper with the evidence or hamper with the investigation. (iii) The petitioner shall not influence any of the witnesses or intimidate any of the witnesses. (iv) The petitioner shall give is functional Mobile Phone number to the Investigating Officer and make himself available through telephone whenever required. 7.
