The present Petition has been filed under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 assailing the Order dated 02.08.2025 passed by the learned ACJ/ARC, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi [“learned ARC”] in RC ARC No. 440/2023, titled “Lalit Kishor Goyal versus Ram Krishan Satija”. 2. It is an admitted position that, pursuant to the execution proceedings, possession of the subject premises has already been handed over to the Respondent. 3. The Petitioner, who appears in person, submits that the aforesaid possession was obtained fraudulently and seeks to assail the same before this Court. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent, This is a digitally signed order. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 10/08/2026 at 11:36:59 however, hands over across the Bar a copy of the Order dated 17.04.2026, whereby an application preferred by the Petitioner seeking restoration of possession, founded on the very same allegations, came to be dismissed by the learned ARC with costs of Rs.10,000/-. 5. This Court is of the considered view that, once possession has already been delivered to the Respondent in execution of the eviction order and the Petitioner's application seeking restoration of possession has also been dismissed by the learned ARC, no useful purpose would be served by entertaining the present Petition, particularly when the submissions advanced before this Court are identical to those which already stand considered and rejected. 6.
