The instant C.M.P. has been preferred by the petitioners seeking modification of the order dated 24.11.2025 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2984 of 2019, wherein, due to inadvertently typographical error in the cause title, the parental name of the petitioner no.7 requires correction.

Learned counsel for the respondent does not have any objection.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, and after going through the record, it is observed that the order dated 24.11.2025 passed in W.P.(S) No. 2984 of 2019, the name of the father of petitioner no.7 has been wrongly typed as daughter of ‘Rakesh Ranjan’ instead of daughter of ‘Kakan Ram Verma’ Accordingly, in the cause title, the name of the petitioner no.7 be read as Babita Devi, daughter of Kakan Ram Verma.
4. With the aforesaid modification, the instant C.M.P. stands
disposed of.
5. This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the original
order.
