2. After some arguments, Ms. Charu Dalal, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw these applications, with liberty to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
3. The bail applications, alongwith pending applications, are dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty aforesaid.
4. It is clarified that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, and all rights and contentions of the parties in any future application are left open.
