The present revision petition has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:- RAHUL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by RAHUL DEWANGAN 2 “It is therefore, that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allowed criminal revision and direct the respondent to give maintenance amount total Rs. 38,425.33/- per month to the applicants in the ends of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for time to remove the defects. 3. It appears that the present revision suffers from several defects. Earlier, on 28.11.2023, learned counsel for the applicant had sought time to remove the defects, which was granted by this Court, however, till date, the defects have not been cured. Once again, learned counsel seeks further time, but considering that sufÏcient opportunity has already been granted and the defects still remain uncured, no further indulgence is warranted. 4. Accordingly, the present revision is dismissed on this ground alone, without granting any further liberty. 5.
