Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record. 2. This application under Section 529 BNSS has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned for early disposal of Case No. 2480 of 2021 arising out of Case Crime No. 321 of 2020, under Sections- 323, 504, 506, 498-A, 377 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act & 3/4 Muslim Women (Protection of Right of Marriage) Act, 2019, Police Station- Nazibabad, District- Bijnor, pending before the court of Civil Judge (J.D.)/ Judicial Magistrate, Nazibabad, Bijnor. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant himself is an accused in the case. After cognizance dated 22.10.2021, summons have been issued against the accused persons including present applicant and applicant very sincerely appeared on each and every dates fixed by the court concerned but informant, who initiated the malicious proceeding against the applicant and others, did not participate in the trial and is trying to linger on the proceeding. The trial is pending since the year 2021and a considerable time has already been lapsed. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of presentation of a certified Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Mohammad Zunaid Khan, Zaid Arshad Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
