Mr. Baruah, submits that the Charge-sheet has been submitted in the instant case vide Charge-sheet No. 290/2026, dated 30.08.2026. As such, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to move the appropriated application before the concerned Court. 3. Prayer is allowed. 4. Further it is seen that the petitioner is enlarged on interim pre-arrest bail, vide order dated 08.09.2026, as such, this Court extends the said order another 15 days so that the petitioner can avail his remedy within the said period. 5.
