The Petitioner has approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 371 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and neither he is named in the F.I.R nor any stolen article has been recovered from his possession. He further submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 11.12.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He lastly submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this Court. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the Petitioner. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case and looking to the allegation made against this petitioner, coupled with the fact that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and also the fact that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.12.2025; I am inclined to enlarge the Petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the above- named Petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty 2026:JHHC:8651 2 Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 371 of 2025. 6. It is made clear that the Petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witness and shall co-operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this Petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this Petitioner.
