Deka, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. On the last occasion i.e. by order dated 07.09.2026, a report was called for Page No.# 2/2 from the police personnel of Jalukbari Police Station showing as to whether any FIR has been lodged against the petitioner. On being satisfied with the pleadings narrated by the petitioner that some information was given against the petitioner, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on interim pre arrest bail by the said order. Today when the matter is called up, Mr. B. Sharma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has submitted an instruction dated 18.09.2026 by which it was intimated that an inquiry was conducted and no regular criminal case was found to have been registered against the petitioner namely Smti. Swapna Rani Das. It is also stated that although GD entry was made in view of some information given but no case was registered in pursuance to the same. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in that view of the matter, the matter be closed. Prayer is allowed. The instant Anticipatory Bail Application is closed and the interim order also stands vacated. Matter is closed and the report dated 18.09.2026 is made part of the record. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
