Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in Crl.P.No.304 of 2026 which was disposed of on 23.01.2026 in paragraph No.6, condition No. i., the name of the Court is wrongly mentioned as “learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Giddalur, Prakasam District” instead of “the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class-cum-Civil Judge(Junior Division), Podili”. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders. Considering the submission, since, it is a 2 typographical mistake, this petition is allowed.
