Today case is listed in default for mentioning the year in the cause-title of the affidavit to be ‘2025’ instead of ‘2026’. 2. Perusal of the affidavit would show that the case number of the writ petition is mentioned as ‘WP(S) No. 192/2026’. In view of the above, default as pointed out by the Registry is cured and is overruled. 3. With the consent of parties, case is heard finally at the admission stage. 4. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to release immediately the arrears of revised pay scale along with the interest at the rate of 12% per annum in the interest of justice. 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner and the cost of the petition may be awarded in favour of the petitioners.” 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner became entitled for the revised pay-scale after completion of 8 years of service on 17.06.2013 which is also mentioned in the order dated 15.10.2024 whereby, benefit of revised pay-scale is extended to the petitioner, but arrears of the revised pay-scale from 24.02.2017 to 15.10.2024 is not paid. 6. He further contended that as per the notification issued by the State Government dated 17.05.2013, the Teachers (Panchayat) who have completed 08 years of service are entitled for the revised pay-scale. Petitioner was extended the benefit of revised pay-scale pursuant to the notification dated 17.05.2013, but financial benefit is extended from 15.10.2024 only and not from 24.02.2017. He contended that the issue of considering the period of service in which, any employee who has worked in the lower post is to be considered, has been decided by this Hon’ble 3 Court in WP (S) No. 2530/2017 “Mukesh Kumar Patel & Anr. Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Anr.” and the case of the petitioner is also covered under the said judgment. 7. In support of his contention, learned counsel for the petitioner also relied to the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Avinesh Kumar Namdev & Ors. Vs. State of Chhattigarh & Ors. passed in WP (S) No. 5328/2021. He submits that the as the issue is already considered and decided by this Court, at this stage, grievance of the petitioner would be redressed, if the petitioner is permitted to submit representation before the Respondent No. 5 and in the event petitioner submits representation, direction be issued to the Respondent No. 5 to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner expeditiously. 8. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, she is having no objection. 9. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 10.On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioner, without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage, permitting the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the Respondents No. 4 to 6 and if such a representation is submitted, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the representation. 4 11.
