This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 21.11.2025 issued by respondent No. 2/ Divisional Forest Officer, Forest Division Mohla by which the petitioner has been directed to remove encroachment over the forest land. 2. From perusal of records, it is quite vivid that the petitioner has not placed any document to demonstrate that the petitioner is owner of forest land P.F. 996 bearing 0.010 Hectare land wherein he constructed hut and he is also unable to point out any perversity in the impugned order dated 21.11.2025.
