Baruah, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. Mr. Baruah had apprised this Court on the last occasion, i.e. on 08.09.2026, that the Charge-sheet has been submitted in the instant case, vide Charge-sheet No. 168/2026, dated 29.08.2026. However, the learned counsel Page No.# 2/2 for the petitioner has prayed for calling of the Trial Court records and the same has been called but today when the matter is called up, the learned counsels submits that, the co-accused were granted bail on perusal of the Charge-sheet by the Court of Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur. As such, he submits that he be permitted to move the application before the concerned Court. 3. Prayer is allowed. 4. The Bail Application is accordingly closed, with a further direction that the learned Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhimpur, North Lakhimpur, shall consider the petitioner’s application in accordance with law.
