The present writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “(a) For the issuance of writ of mandamus directing upon the State Respondents (Respondent No.1, 2 & 3) to recall/rescind/ cancel the transfer of ownership of the vehicle bearing Engine no. VEDX5333060B1P and Chassis no. MC2M7SRFOJGO56694, illegally transferred in the name of the Respondent no.4. b) For the issuance of writ of mandamus directing upon the State Respondents (Respondent No. 1,2 & 3) to re-register the said vehicle in the joint name of Petitioner No.2, (who has lawfully obtained N.O.C. and authority letter from other Petitioners /legal heirs of deceased) and the Respondent No.4, (i.e. second wife and present owner of the Vehicle) c) For the issuance of writ of certiorari for the production of concerned records pertaining to transfer of the said vehicle from all Respondents 1,2,3 & 4. d) For issuance Ad-interim/interim order to grant the temporary registration/ownership of the vehicle in the name of the Petitioner no.2 jointly with the Respondent no.4, with a permission to ply the vehicle and/or for the issuance of appropriate writ, order, directions of like nature for conscionable justice to the petitioners.” 2.
