By way of instant application, prayer has been made on behalf of the applicant/respondent for release of the amount lying deposited with the Registry of this Court as well as learned trial Court in terms of order dated 28.05.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Revision No.556 of 2024, titled Anshu vs. Sumit Chug, whereby direction was issued to the Registry of this Court as well as learned trial Court to release the amount deposited by the non-applicant/petitioner in favour of the applicant/respondent on his making application. No reply is intended to be filed on behalf of the non-applicant/petitioner. Learned counsel representing the non-applicant/petitioner fairly states that he has no objection in case the prayer made in the application is allowed. Though, having taken note of the directions contained in order dated 28.05.2025, there appears to be no necessity to pass fresh order for release of the amount, but yet taking note of details of bank given in the application, this Court deems it fit to dispose of the present application with a direction to the Registry of this Court as well as learned trial Court to release the amount lying deposited with them in favour of the applicant/respondent, by remitting the same in his saving bank account, details whereof are given in para-6 of the application.
