No.162/2018 by Malleshwaram Police Station in so far as the petitioner is concerned in the interest of justice." 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits though he has challenged the proceedings in CC No. 26207/2019, he would restrict his submissions for a direction to the concerned Court to dispose the proceedings as expeditiously as possible as it is already eight years old. 3.
