This application has been filed under Section 483 of the code of BNSS, 2023, praying for granting bail to the accused applicants in connection with Lanka P.S. Case No.247/2025, registered under Section 21(b)/29/27 of the NDPS Act. 3. The learned Addl. PP appearing for the State submits that the charge sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide charge sheet No.259/2025 dated 31.12.2025. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts situation, the instant bail application is disposed of with a liberty granted to the accused applicants to approach the learned Special Judge (NDPS), Hojai for appropriate relief, if so advised.
