Act, Firozabad in SST No. 48 of 2023, State Vs. Jitendra Thakur, arising out of case crime No. 714 of 2022, under Sections 363, 366 I.P.C. and section 3(2)(v) S.C./S.T. Act, P.S.- Kakshin, District Firozabad and with a further prayer to direct the concerned court to re-examine to the PW-1 in the said trial of the said case. 4. After arguments at length learned counsel for the applicant states that the present application be dismissed as withdrawn. 5. Prayer is allowed. 6.
