HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI MAIN CASE No. Crl.P.No.3028 of 2026 PROCEEDING SHEET Sl. No. DATE ORDER OFFICE NOTE 04. 04.05.2026 Dr.VJP, J I.A.No.1 of 2026 Sri Jayaprakash Madasu, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that, at the time of hearing in Crl.P.No.3028 of 2026, they had not-pressed the petition insofar as Accused Nos.2 to 4 are concerned, as the provisions of Section 69 of BNS do not attract against them. However, due to typographical error, in the Order dated 29.04.2026 in Crl.P.No.3028 of 2026, it was mentioned as if the anticipatory bail was granted to Accused Nos.1 to 4 instead of Accused No.1 only, and the same may be rectified. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Asst.Public Prosecutor reported „no objection‟ to rectify the said error. Considering the submissions made, this petition is allowed. Office is directed to replace „Petitioners / Accused Nos.1 to 4” with „Petitioner / Accused No.1‟ at Para Nos.6 (i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) and (vi) in the Order dated 29.04.2026 in Crl.P.No.3028 of 2026, also add “Petition is dismissed as not- pressed insofar as Petitioners / Accused Nos.2 to 4 are concerned” as Para No.10 and also modify Para No.9 by replacing “Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed” with “Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is partly allowed”, and issue fresh copy of the order. Petitioner / Accused No.1 is permitted to appear before the concerned Magistrate Court to comply with the said order, within one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. ________ Dr.VJP, J Note: Issue C.C by 07.05.2026 B/o.
