The applicant has filed affidavit dated 30.04.2026 undertaking as under: “7. In consideration of the said extension and as part of the mutual settlement, I hereby solemnly undertake on behalf of the Petitioner that the Petitioner shall peacefully vacate and hand over vacant possession of the schedule premises to the Respondent upon expiry of the said period of 11 months, i.e., on 20.01.2027, without any demur, protest or claim of any nature whatsoever.” 2.
