The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tatijharia P.S. Case No. 49 of 2025 corresponding to S. T. No. 67 of 2026. It has been alleged that the daughter of the informant died at her matrimonial house in unnatural circumstances. It appears that the witnesses have stated that on account of a domestic quarrel, the deceased had committed suicide and earlier also the deceased had tried to jump in the well, but had been saved by the neighbours. It appears that the cause of death as per the post mortem report is Asphyxia due to hanging. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.
