On 02.03.2026, the learned Assistant Government Pleader based on the written instructions, submits that, as per the survey and verification conducted by Atchempet Mandal Surveyor and Village Revenue Officer of Tallacheruvu Village, it has been confirmed that the land on which the construction is being carried out, belongs to the Milk Producers Cooperative Society. Furthermore, no statue has been erected and the land in question is a private land, there is no encroachment of road or any Government land. Additionally, G.O.Ms.No.55, dated 08.04.2003 is not applicable to the subject land. 3. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary. This Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
