The present Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record concerning the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondent authorities for its kind perusal. 10.2 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to quash the FIR bearing No. 74/2023, dated 01.06.2023 registered at Police Station - Mahila Thana Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) against the petitioner for the offence punishable U/s 498-A of IPC and also the entire challan bearing No. 67/2023 dated 20.07.2023 for the offences punishable U/s 498-A, 406, 506 of IPC (Annexure-P/1). 10.3 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be please to quash the impugned order dated 15.12.2023 whereby the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) has taken cognizance of the impugned charge sheet and registered the criminal proceeding as Criminal Case No. 21237/2023 pending before the Judicial Magistrate First 3 Class Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.) in the matter of "State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Faizan Sharif" (Annexure-P/2). 10.4 Any other relief or relief(s) which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit or proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 3. As per the mediation report, the Petitioner has not deposited the amount, which was directed to be deposited by this Court vide order dated 16.12.2025 for the purpose of mediation. 4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to financial hardship, he could not deposit the said amount as ordered by this Court. He, therefore, seeks to withdraw this Petition. 5.
