Heard Sri Veladi Sai Sri Harsha, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Ms. D. Naga Chandrika, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning and Smt. Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned Standing Counsel for Nandigama Municipality.
2. Smt. Sireesha Rani Vallabhaneni, learned Standing Counsel for Nandigama Municipality, has submitted an Affidavit executed by the Commissioner, Nandigama Municipality dated 30.04.2026, indicating that the amounts have been paid to the Writ Petitioner.
