Mishra, A.P.P. --- 02/26.05.2026 Heard Mr. Rabindra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No.154 of 2011. It has been alleged that the petitioner and others had dragged the husband of the informant outside and shot him dead. It appears that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. One of the co-accused Shyam Pahan has been granted bail in B.A. No. 6780 of 2023. It further appears that out of five charge-sheeted witnesses, two witnesses have been examined so far. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2022. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned D.A.S.J.-III, Khunti in connection with Khunti P.S. Case No.154 of 2011 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial, unless prevented by sufficient cause.
