Also heard Mr. Bhaskar Sarma, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. Commercial quantity of narcotic drugs was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. There are several prosecution witnesses shown in the charge-sheet. The charges are not yet framed. Page No.# 2/2 3. Let the trial court examine at least 3 (three) witnesses. After that, the petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again seeking regular bail. With the aforesaid direction, the Bail Application stands closed and disposed of.
