Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that during pendency of this writ petition, petitioner has been relieved from the office at Kabirdham to joint at transferred place of posting at District Rajnandgaon. As petitioner has already submitted representation seeking amendment in the impugned order of transfer dated 06.11.2024 (Annexure P-1), respondents No.2 be directed to take decision on the pending representation within specified time. 3. Learned State counsel submits that as petitioner is not pressing this petition on merits and only seeking a direction to respondent No.2 to take decision on pending representation, she is having no objection, if the representation of petitioner is still pending consideration, it will be considered in accordance with law. 4. On due consideration on the submission of learned counsel for the parties, without entering into merits of claim of petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to take decision on the representation (Annexure P-4 & P-5), in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within further period of two months from the date of receipt of order, if already not decided. 5.
