Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS by the petitioner seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No.706 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.692 of 2025 pending in the file of learned Nyayadhikari Gramya Nyayalaya-cum-J.M.F.C., Tangi on the grounds stated. 3. The Court finds that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.12678 of 2025 disposed of on 9th January, 2026 directing him to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail and upon rejection to approach the Sessions Court for orders. In view of the above, the Court is not inclined to re-consider the bail plea of the petitioner leaving it open for him to surrender before the learned courts below demanding release for being considered according to law taking into account any such case laws cited at the time of hearing. 4.
