Taking into consideration the submission of learned counsel for the parties and the reasons assigned in the application, to serve the ends of justice, this Court is inclined to restore the MCC subject to payment of cost of Rs.3000/- before the High Court Legal Aid Committee. Hence, it is directed that upon deposit of Rs.3000/- before the Chhattisgarh High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of 3 weeks, the original case shall be restored to its original number. 3.
