Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been superseded and junior to the petitioner has been granted promotion to the post of Assistant Grade-III. Being aggrieved, petitioner has already submitted representation before the District Education Officer, Jashpur, C.G. which till date is pending consideration therefore, direction be issued to respondent no. 4 to consider and take decision on the representation within a limited time frame. 3.
