This is the Second bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 114 of 2025 registered at Police Station – Pali, District Korba (C.G.) under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 61(2)(a) of VAIBHAV SINGH Digitally signed by VAIBHAV SINGH Date: 2026.04.22 15:42:52 +0530 2 the BNS and 25 and 27 of the Arms Act. 2. The earlier bail application of the applicant has been rejected on merits by this Hon’ble Court vide order dated 22.07.2025 passed in MCRC No. 5720 of 2025. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the present application may be dismissed as withdrawn, as several defects have been pointed out by the Registry and the same have not been cured. It is further submitted that, as per the rules of the Court, the bail application was required to be filed within the stipulated time in accordance with the rules of the C.G. High Court; however, the defects have not been cured within the prescribed period. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the present bail application with liberty to file a fresh one. It has also been pointed out that an SLP was filed against the order passed by this Court in MCRC No. 5720 of 2025 dated 22.07.2025, and the said SLP, bearing No.13573 of 2025, was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 15.09.2025. 4.
