Heard both the sides. This bail application has been filed on behalf of Ranjeet Yadav @ Ranjeet Kumar who is in custody since 16.10.2025 in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No. 277 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the IPC and Section 47(a) of Excise Act pending in the Court of learned ACJM, Koderma, is pressed into motion. As per the prosecution case, 62.250 liters of foreign liquor was seized from dikki of the car. None were apprehended on the spot as they allegedly fled away after leaving vehicle. It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that he has no concern with the seized liquor and he is not owner of the said vehicle. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
