By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs: 10.1 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to set aside of impugned order dated 18.7.2022 of ANNEXURE P/1 issued by the respondent no.3 and allow the petitioner to continue for operating of fair price shop of village- Libra Tahsil- Darima District Sarguja (C.G). 10.2 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2. At the outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing an appeal against the impugned order under Section 18 of the Chhattisgarh Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 (in short “the Control Order, 2016) before the concerned Collector. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to avail the aforesaid alternative efficacious remedy available to him. However, as this Court has passed an interim order dated 29.7.2022, he prays that the said 3 order may be continued till the final decision of the appeal. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the efficacious alternative remedy by filing an appeal under Section 18 of the Order, 2016 before the concerned Collector within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In turn, the said authority is directed to decide the said appeal within a further period of 30 days in accordance with law. 5. It is further directed that until the decision of the subject appeal, the interim order dated 29.7.2022 passed by this Court staying the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 18.7.2022 (Annexure P/1), shall continue. 6.
