This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Daltonganj Sadar P.S. Case No.64 of 2024, corresponding to ST Case No.251 of 2025, registered for the offence under sections 115(2), 117(2), 109 of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Palamau at Daltonganj. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the mother of this petitioner has lodged the case alleging that this petitioner has assaulted his wife and daughter. He next submits that the petitioner is in custody since 04.7.2024. He next submits that injury report is not there and that has also come in the -2- order of the learned Sessions Judge and the injury report is still awaited. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner has assaulted his wife and daughter. 5. Considering that the petitioner is in custody since 04.7.2024 and mother of the petitioner has lodged the case alleging against her son of assault upon his wife and daughter and till date, the injury report has not been received and that has come in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Palamau at Daltonganj, in connection with Daltonganj Sadar P.S.
